Events of The Biennial University

Instrument-Making Plant, Ekaterinburg, 17 Gorkogo street

The biennial invites people not only to see contemporary art, but also to discuss it. Aside from exhibition projects, the biennial team has prepared an extensive educational program that gives the public an opportunity to deeper explore the theme of the biennial, contemporary art in general, and the city context.

Biennial Storytelling Speakers are people of different age, status, and professional experience that had been given a unique opportunity to communicate with the artists and take part in the exhibition preparation process at the biennial in order to form their own opinions on what they see. They share this new experience, emotions, and thoughts in an informal conversation with the public and give their own account of the works of art presented at the biennial. Everyone can discuss contemporary art!
